Description
We are seeking a volunteer to become our Volunteer Multimedia Manager! This role is perfect for someone that has the talent that is motivated, skilled, passionate about KAEF’s mission, and the best culture fit for the organization. Optimizing marketing strategies and managing the social media content.

Responsibilities:

Managing social marketing platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Newsletter

To grow awareness in our community about KAEF

Generating new business leads.

Increasing KAEF’s mission awareness.

Developing and managing the marketing department's budget.
-
Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
-
Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

Promoting KAEF at community venues
-
Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Supervises:

Merchandise Coordinator
-
Multimedia Manager
-
Program Manager
Collaborates With:
● Artists
● Website manager
● KAEF Directors and Leadership
Qualifications:
-
18 years of age or older
-
Minimum high school education or equivalent (e.g., GED)

Basic computer competency (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)
-
Must be a team player
-
An KAEF volunteer of 3+ months
-
Has a computer (a printer + ink will be provided if necessary) or ink cost will be reimbursed
-
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.

A master's degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
-
At least two years' experience as a marketing manager.

Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing and Bitrix24.

Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.

Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Time and Place: Virtual and on-site work at the KAEF property. Primarily virtual work with some on-site work. The on-site work will mainly include creating content, picking up or dropping off merchandise. Flexible schedule, ensuring all role needs are met.
Commitment:
● Overall time commitment: 6 month
○ Approximately 1-2 hours of role work
○ 30-minute to 1-hour weekly meeting with Director of Development or Public Relations
Supervision: Direct supervision by Director of Development; indirect supervision by Executive Director.
