Help with Foster!

Foster mom has a medical condition which makes it difficult for her to give her weekly baths and of course walks are getting more challenging. Prefer someone with experience or general comfortability around dogs. She’s about 40 pounds, good with humans, but can be a little nervous at first meeting.
