The Fur-Angel Foundation is seeking enthusiastic and organized volunteers to join our Fur Ball Silent Auction Team. The Fur Ball is one of our most important fundraising events of the year, helping us rescue, rehabilitate, and find loving homes for Oahu's homeless and unwanted dogs.

We're looking for volunteers who want to make a meaningful difference behind the scenes and on event day.

Volunteer Roles Available

📞 Silent Auction Outreach

• Contact local businesses for silent auction donations
• Help build relationships with community partners
• Follow up on donation requests and collect auction items

💻 Data Entry & Auction Support

• Enter donor and auction item information
• Assist with organizing auction packages
• Help prepare descriptions and logistics for auction software

🎉 Event Day Support

• Set up silent auction displays and signage
• Organize and arrange auction packages
• Assist guests with auction questions
• Monitor auction tables during the event
• Help with event breakdown and cleanup

Ideal Volunteers

• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable communicating with businesses and community members
• Reliable and team-oriented
• Passionate about animal welfare
• No prior auction experience required
