Join Our Digital Darkroom and Preserve History!

The Sugar Museum is seeking volunteers to scan historic photos and maps from its archive using a computer and scanner. Your assistance will help protect and preserve Maui's sugar history and plantation heritage for the future. 

Bring your basic knowledge of computers and work with us in a 1902 plantation home! The task is repetitive, but you get to immerse yourself in Maui's history while you work. Find out more about our collection HERE. Available shifts are Monday 12-2, Tuesday 12-2, Thursday 10-12 or 12-2. 

Basic computer skills, including naming and organizing digital files desired.
