Description

VolunteerAlly is on a mission to make volunteering easier, more accessible, and more impactful for everyone. We’re looking for an Intern to join our team and help strengthen the connections between volunteers and the organizations that need them most.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support our volunteer coordination and outreach efforts.

  • Assist with communications, social media, and community engagement.

  • Help with administrative and project support tasks.

  • Contribute ideas to improve how we connect people with meaningful volunteer opportunities.

 

Who You Are

  • Passionate about community service, volunteering, or social impact.

  • Organized, dependable, and eager to learn.

  • A clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and creativity.

  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment.

Requirements

We welcome applicants with a willingness to learn and/or experience in the following areas:

  • Canva or other visual design tools for creating social media and presentation materials.

  • Presentation design and visual storytelling.

  • Social media platforms such as Instagram and Tik Tok.

  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar collaboration tools.

  • Writing or editing for communications, newsletters, or outreach.

  • Community organizing or volunteering in any capacity.

(If you don’t have experience in these areas, that’s okay! We value enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine interest in learning.)
