Program Admin Support MAUI

Position Overview:
Maui Kids Hurt Too is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Program Admin Support. This role is essential in providing administrative assistance to the Maui Program Director, ensuring the smooth operation of programs and services aimed at supporting children and families impacted by grief and trauma.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Maui Program Director with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities, participants, and outcomes.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, including booking venues, managing materials, and tracking attendance.
• Support communication efforts by answering inquiries, managing emails, and providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Organize and manage program-related databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and readily accessible.
• Assist in preparing reports and tracking program performance metrics.
• Perform general office duties, such as filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing independent tasks effectively.
• Previous administrative or program support experience preferred.
• A passion for supporting children and families and a commitment to Maui Kids Hurt Too's mission.

Work Location:
This role is based in Maui and requires close collaboration with the Maui Program Director.
