Education Program Volunteer

Volunteers are needed Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays to help with the school tours field trip program. Must be available 7:30am -12:30pm. We are also seeking help during our nature day camps, which run during the Hawaii DOE public school Fall, Spring, and Winter breaks. The camps are held Monday-Friday from 8:30am-2:00pm. Volunteers would help from 7:30am-2:30pm. Duties include assisting with field trip equipment preparation and cleanup, curriculum delivery, help with classroom management, and general assistance for environmental field trips and nature camps that service preschool and elementary-aged children.

A background check is required for this volunteer position.
