Special Olympics Hawaiʻi
Description
Aukake Classic is Special Olympics Hawaii annual statewide soccer and bocce tournament,bringing together athletes from across the islands for a weekend of competition, sportsmanship, and community. The event provides athletes of all ability levels the opportunity to showcase their skills, build friendships, and compete in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Volunteer are essential to the success of the Aukake Classic and Assist with a variety of roles, including, officiating bocce games, awards, volunteer check-in, hospitality, and Special Ops. No prior experience is necessary- training is provided on event day.
Whether you're cheering on athletes, helping run competitions, or supporting behind the scenes, you'll play an important role in creating a memorable experience for hundreds of special Olympics Hawaii athletes and their families.

Role Description:
Special Ops: Be part of the team that keeps the event running behind the scenes! Special Ops volunteers assist with event set-up and breakdown, transporting equipment and supplies, restocking stations, and helping wherever extra support is needed throughout the day. This is a great role for flexible volunteers who enjoy staying active and jumping in where they're needed most
