Waikīkī Aquarium Coastal Cleanup

Join the Waikīkī Aquarium and Dukeʻs Waikīkī to help take care of our Waikīkī coastlines! 

Event Time: Wednesday, October 21, 2026 9AM-12PM

Meeting Address: 2777 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815 - meet in front of the Aquarium.

Check-in anytime between 9:00AM and 11:30AM. 

All adult participants must agree to and sign the General UH Volunteer Activities Consent, Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement upon check in at event. All minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult and must have the Minors General UH Volunteer Activities Parent/Legal Guardian Consent, Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement signed and completed upon check in at event. 

Please bring a matching government issued photo ID or UH student ID per registered adult. This will be verified at check in!

Supplies such as buckets, bags, and tongs will be provided. Gloves can be provided to those who do not bring their own reusable pair. Remember to bring your own water and reef-safe sunscreen! 

At the end of the event, all rubbish will be collected and weighed, and participants will check out at the tent. (Please donʻt dump rubbish or leave before coming back to the check in stand)
