Join Hele Mua at Hūnānāniho Beach Park in Waimānalo for a hands-on beach cleanup focused on environmental stewardship, cultural learning, and community connection.
Participants will take part in activities such as oli, Hawaiian games like ʻulu maika, cultural storytelling, ti-leaf lei making, microplastic sorting, and debris removal while learning about the history and significance of Waimānalo.
This is a free public event and no experience is needed. All are welcome. Children may participate but must be accompanied by an adult.
