Monday Kūpuna Pantries

Each week, we provide fresh produce, prepared meals, and shelf-stable items to about 1,200 kūpuna through our Kūpuna Pantries.

Help pack and load food supplies to kūpuna along the Leeward Coast. 

Volunteers must be able to stand for a long duration of time and lift up to 25 pounds. The minimum age to volunteer is 18 years old. Children 13-17 years old must be accompanied by an adult 18 or older.

Volunteers must wear closed-toed shoes during their shift. Please bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and water.

I agree I am volunteering to assist ʻElepaio in its events including but not limited to: kūpuna pantries, community distributions, garden workdays, and other such activities. I understand there may be some risks involved in participating in any event. Knowing these facts, I hereby waive, release, discharge and agree to hold harmless ʻElepaio, its agents, employees or anyone acting for or on its behalf from any and all claims of liability for personal injury, death or property damage of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of or in the course of my participation. I understand there may be some risks involved in participating in any event. This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind or nature whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown and binds myself, my heirs, executors, administrators or anyone else who might claim on my behalf. I further grant full permission to ʻElepaio or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, video and recordings or any other record of this event for any ʻElepaio purpose including: art, advertising, promotional collateral, publications, website and media including: social media, print, broadcast and electronic or digital media.
