The Hawai'i Nature Center is accepting internship applications for our Fall Break Nature Adventure Camp! During our week of camp rooted in Hawaiian culture, keiki will learn about how nature has both shaped and been shaped by traditional culture. Lessons and activities will be themed around lā’au lapa’au (plants as medicine), Makahiki games, mele and music-making and lei making.
Interns play an important role in supporting HNC's environmental educator's by encouraging students to stay engaged, listen well, and follow instructions. Interns can join for the full week, or 2-5 days depending on availability. Join us for a week of hands-on activities, ‘āina connections and field trips across the island!

-Passionate about helping keiki learn, stay safe, and engaged
-Able to follow instructions from HNC's educators
