Kunia Village Title Holding Corporation

The Kunia Village & Agribusiness Complex is a 118-acre community dedicated to supporting agricultural workers and businesses.  Owned and operated by the nonprofit Kunia Village Development Corporation, our mission is to sustain and grow a thriving agricultural community.

Formerly the Del Monte Pineapple Company site for nearly 100 years, Kunia Village now offers 135 affordable single-family rental units primarily for agricultural workers and their families.  We also manage our own potable water and wastewater facilities and maintain the village’s roads.

To help preserve our community’s landscape and shared spaces, we welcome volunteers to assist with upkeep and maintenance efforts during our community days that we host twice a year.  If you or your organization are interested in volunteering, we would love to connect with you.
