Hawaiʻi Audubon Society's Annual Members Dinner and Meeting

Join us at the Bishop Museum’s Atherton Hālau for a delicious meal by Da Spot and hear president Susan Scott’s Society updates. Enjoy opening hula and oli by Hālau Mele and a special talk by Sheldon Plentovich (U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service) on bird translocations in the Northwestern Hawaiian Islands.

Please note:

• Parking is free but requires a parking code which you will receive from us after you register.
• Museum access is not included.
• No BYOB.

Volunteers would be needed for the following:

• Setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, etc.
• Directing people from parking lot to venue
• Manning the registration booth
• Assisting with food setup and maintenance of the buffet line during dinner
• Sharing information about Hawaiʻi Audubon Society and taking membership signups
• Sharing information about Hawaiʻi Audubon Society projects: Kōlea Count, Hui Manu o Kū, Freeman Seabird Preserve, Hawaiʻi Bird Crisis Fund
• Sharing information about our 2026 Kōlea Quest to Nome, Alaska, and encouraging people to submit the interest form
• Assist where help is needed
