Whale Tales

Returning for our 20th year in 2026, the Maui Whale Tales event is our largest annual community outreach and fundraising event that has grown into one of the most beloved marine science gatherings, uniting whale researchers and enthusiasts from around the world. For two decades, we’ve aimed to educate, inspire, and connect people with the latest discoveries in whale research and ocean conservation and have reached tens of thousands of individuals both locally and globally. Volunteer positions are available in registration, keiki program, Merchandise Sales, Silent Auction help, Event Floaters, and Event Set Up and Break Down.
