Made in Hawaii Festival - Vendor Registration Support

Vendor Registration Support volunteers will manage vendor registration during load in, and provide general assistance for vendors throughout the festival. This will be the 
home base for any vendor support.

• During load in days, assist in the sign in of festival vendors, showing the location of 
  the vendor booth within the exhibitor area and provide any necessary festival 
  information
• Provide efficient support, as vendors have a limited time frame to set up and break 
  down
• Answer general vendor questions. If unsure, use the chain of command to assist 
  with communication to answer questions where needed
• Support with wayfinding near loading docks and escalators 
• May be asked to support offsite parking lot oversight
