The purpose of this day is to learn about our ʻaina of Kaimuki and Kahala, limu, remove invasive limu, clean the beach, and meet other haumana (students) with the same mind set so come ready to work and talk stories. Please plan to bring the following;
- Sunscreen
- Hat
- Reef Walkers
- Swim wear (we will not be getting in but you will get wet)
- Snorkel
- Snack (Lunch will be provided)
- Water Bottle
- Reef Gloves (if you think you need them)
- Mess kit (bowl/ plate and utensil for lunch, Ziplock containers work too)
Please also find attached a map of where you can park as there is no parking on the access road. Come prepared to swim, snorkel, get wet, and maybe dive to remove limu.
