Rain Garden Workday
Mālama Maunalua
Description
Mālama Maunalua invites you to take part in our upcoming Rain Garden Workdays at Koko Head District Park. Rain gardens play a vital role in protecting Maunalua Bay by capturing stormwater runoff, filtering pollutants, and helping native plants thrive. Volunteers will help with weeding, planting, and general maintenance to keep the garden healthy.
This is a great opportunity to give back to the ‘āina, learn about native plants, and connect with others who care about the health of Maunalua Bay. To participate, please RSVP by emailing lbailes@malamamaunalua.org
