Christmas Party Support for Homeless Keiki ~ Hilo/Big Island

🎄 Spread Holiday Joy as a Volunteer at Our Annual Christmas Party! 🎄

Join us in creating a magical Christmas for our homeless keiki! Our 22nd annual Christmas Party is around the corner, and we need compassionate, festive volunteers to make this day unforgettable. This event gives these homeless children a chance to celebrate the holidays with warmth, joy, and a true sense of belonging—and we can’t do it without you!

Volunteer Roles Needed:

• Game Ambassadors: Create a fun, easy-to-win game and run it at the party. Bring small prizes to make every child feel like a winner!
• Craft Creators: Plan and supervise simple holiday crafts for the keiki to make and take home. Supplies provided—just bring your creativity!
• Gift Wrappers: Help us wrap presents so that each child gets a beautifully packaged holiday gift.
• Decorators: Set up the venue with festive decorations to transform it into a winter wonderland.
• Set up/Clean-Up Crew: Assist with post-party cleanup to help us leave the venue in great shape.
• General Helpers: Lend a hand where needed, from the sign-in table to guiding children between activities.

This is more than a party; it’s a day of hope and happiness for children facing hard times. By volunteering, you’re making a difference and giving these keiki the chance to feel special and celebrated. 🌟

Details:

• Date & Time: Event runs12noon-8 pm depending on your volunteer duties
• Where: In Hilo ~ Location will be given once you sign up.
• Dress Code: Festive attire or dress as an elf—we’ll provide some accessories, but feel free to bring your own! Red/Green/Gold/White... You need to be an ELF or you can't enter Santa's Party.
