Our Saturday Kōkua Days are held the last Saturday of every month! Please RSVP as our Saturday workdays are catered for lunch.
Saturday Kōkua Days usually consist of planting native plants as well as maintaining all previously planted natives. Weeding, planting, mulching and spreading compost are just a few of the things we like to do to keep out native plants thriving! We work from 9am-11:30am with luch and talk story time to follow. We have a gated parking lot at the top of Hahana Rd. in Haiku off of Hana Hwy, volunteers can meet here between 8:30am-9am to sign waivers.
We look forward to having you at Mālama Hāmākua Maui!
