Be the Difference for Maui Youth

At Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui, we’re excited to invite caring adults to support our youth through after-school and school-break programming at our Clubhouses across Maui.

Our programs thrive because of volunteers who show up with patience, consistency, and heart. Whether helping with homework, leading games or creative activities, supporting wellness and movement, or simply being a positive presence, volunteers play a meaningful role in creating safe, encouraging spaces for keiki and teens.

We’re currently seeking volunteers for scheduled, recurring shifts during the school year. This is a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with youth and can commit to a consistent time block each week or every other week.

Volunteer Details:

• Age Groups: Elementary, Middle School, and Teens

• Time Commitment: 2–4 hour shifts, weekday afternoons

• Location: BGCM Clubhouses across Maui

• Activities May Include:

  • Homework help and reading

  • Arts, games, and enrichment activities

  • Wellness, fitness, or recreation support

  • Teen leadership and mentoring support

BGCM staff provide orientation, clear expectations, and on-site support to ensure volunteers feel prepared and youth remain safe and supported.
