Kokua Na'auao (2/3) Orientation + Intake Form

This is a mandatory orientation/training for Chaminade students who are planning on completing their service learning hours with KULA (NUR200 ONLY).

If you attended orientation, Please RSVP for this event in order to receive the 2 hours of service learning for your participation. In addition, please complete our KULA intake form as soon as possible so that we can register you within our system. When selecting the Program Name at the beginning of the form, please select Kōkua Naʻauao (Service- Learning).
