Support Hawai‘i Foodbank at HSMAI’s 15th Annual Golf Tournament
The Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Hawai'i Chapter will host its 15th Annual Golf Tournament on Friday, August 1, at the scenic Hoakalei Country Club in Ewa Beach. This much-anticipated event will benefit Hawai'i Foodbank and support our mission to nourish our 'ohana today while working to end hunger tomorrow.

On-Course Set-Up Crew
Help get the course tournament-ready by setting up tents, tables, signage, and coolers stocked with ice and beverages. Volunteers may assist with transporting supplies via golf cart to designated areas.
Recommended for those comfortable with light-to-moderate lifting and physical activity.
9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Registration & Tournament Set-Up Support
Assist with player and vendor check-in, help prepare and distribute swag bags, and support the registration and welcome areas.
Ideal for organized, guest-facing volunteers who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
11:30 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Course Support – Game Managers & Ambassadors
Stationed out on the course, volunteers will help manage contests, distribute beverages, support vendors, and assist at designated holes. Golf knowledge and experience with golf carts are helpful.
Perfect for outgoing volunteers with basic golf awareness or interest in player interaction.
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
On-Course Support & Breakdown Crew
Support the closing phase of the tournament by collecting and packing up signage, coolers, tables, and other equipment. Volunteers may help vendors and banquet staff with end-of-day logistics.
Recommended for volunteers able to assist with moderate lifting and moving around the course.
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Floater – All-Day Aloha Support
Be ready to step in where help is needed most throughout the day. Duties may range from morning set-up to mid-day support or post-event breakdown.
Great for flexible, go-with-the-flow volunteers who want to contribute across all areas of the event.
