This is a mandatory service learning event for Chaminade students (NUR200 ONLY). Our first Garden Day will be held on Saturday, February 28th from 8:00am-12:00pm.
Please RSVP for this event prior to the event date to receive your hours. If you are unable to attend this Saturday for any last minute reasons, please contact us via email ASAP so that we can work with you on rescheduling if necessary.
Noah & Aunty Theone will be there to lead you folks in tomorrow's activities. Lunch will not be provided so please plan accordingly.
Come ready with the following items:
- comfortable clothes to get dirty in
- Long pants are recommended for safety
- shoes (NO crocs, sandals, slippers, etc.)
- filled hydro-flask (a water jug will not be onsite for refills)
- garden gloves (please bring if you have)
- hat (optional)
Sign-In Sheet
It is your responsibility to complete the sign-in sheet upon arrival & before leaving. Only students listed on the sign-in will be allowed. Lastly, please NO family/friends or pets; only scheduled students are allowed. Mahalo!
Parking
Park in the Lincoln Elementary School parking lot & walk down to the garden. The garden sits between Lincoln Elementary & Stevenson Middle School (near the basketball courts).
